- Lightweight metal milagro representing a left hand. Native name: Milagro = miracle. Materials: pot metal. Context of use: Charms used by people in need of relief from some ailment either for themselves or for a family farm animal. The charms are placed on a wall in a church where the petitioner prays to his/her saint for the needed "miracle". These were collected at an import shop in Berkeley (Tzintzuntzan Imports.)
