Tea bowl, ceramic. Fujina ware. Creamy blue-greenish glaze that didn't quite reach "hare's fur" quality, transparent at rim, and numerous pin holes and blotches that shows the buff body. Glazed to within 2cm of foot. Spots of blue at the interior bottom. Rim is thick, has been chipped and mended with gold. Similar in shape to 9-12300-?06. Height 9cm, Rim Diameter 11 cm. From Japan, Shimane Prefecture (Izumo Province), Fujina. Attributed to 19th century.
