Silk and gold-colored metal shawl; Red-orange, gold: Brocading, sewing; 47.5 by 58.5". Remarks: Rectangular shawl or stole of red-orange silk with gold brocaded design of realistic Birds of Paradise, leave and a hint of flowers. No wrong side, all 4 edges bordered with double hem 5.5" deep of gold lame, mitered corners. Purchased in Paris. Good condition but has some pulled threads, tarnish and thin spots in border of lame.
