Description:

Attic Geometric tankard; high strap handle, carinated base. Intact. Dark orange clay, brown glaze. Alternating panels of quatrefoil and bird motifs; frieze of dots above, spirally linked dits below. On handle: vertical crosses, horizontal bands. Broad glaze band at base. Height 16.5 cm.
