- Description:
- Stamp seal. Truncated ellipsoid. Quartz: carnelian. Winged bull with crowned human head, showing crown on hair above. Gopat shah or Lamassu (?) Figure in right profile and is kneeling in the alternate bovine position or heraldically lodged. Head is oversized in proportion to the body, is bearded and has a single bead earring. Damaged area if head reveals a possible fluted crown. Beaded border. Color: dark honey. Condition: edges of impressed surface very worn. Back of seal is covered with a band of tiny cracks. One tool, mark in this hand. Drill holes show some cracking.
