Kisa prairie falcon katsina (kachina); carved and painted figure. White case mask with yellow brown crown; flattened, protruding, rounded ears. Has 2 rectangular black eyes and twin warrior marks on each cheek. Brown fur ruff, falcon's beak of yellow-brown, red and black, and 2 feather dance wands attached to crown. Body painted yellow ochre and white. Wears a breech clout with blossoms and rainbow symbols, attached around waist with a woman's belt. A bandolier of black yarn across chest; shell pendant at neck. Wears feathered wings on each forearm and carries yucca leaf whips in each hand. Boots are red-brown and knee bands are leather with bells, silver and turquoise bracelet on left wrist.
