Corkscrew, compound, double lever/cap lifter; cast metal, intricate arboreal patterns throughout; lever arms with geared teeth at top; turning handle in shape of barrel with opening at center for cap lifter, notched shank, nickel plated steel cyphered center worm; plastic insert at base of open cage body, man's face at bottom of cage.
