Description:
Written by Hoefler: Tanganyika (Tanzania). Lions take possession of our Rugby Truck. We had left the truck near a place where we had fed the lions before, and had one off to look for them in the touring car. Upon our return we found them all about the truck, and they had torn one of our spare tires from the rack and were sharpening their teeth on it. It took quite a little maneuvering to gain back our property as the lions had taken quite a fancy to the truck. Hoefler set the 8x10 up in the other car and was able to get this unusual photo.
