Carrying basket; twined. Warp and weft are Redbud (Cercis occidentalis). Red pattern is Redbud. Coated inside and out with soaproot juice (Chlorogalum pomeridianum) to make it seed-tight. Decoration: horizontal red band near rim. Point has leather reinforcement sewn on. Diagonal twining.
