Wooden; squared off, box-like face with a tiny head for nose; faded white paint with black dots; probably seal extending downward from the box; painted and bluish (faded); feathers. Sinew or rawhide tie. Center and right feathers trimmed and reset ca. 1.5 shorter due to damage.
