Attic Red-figure kalathos; underneath flat and unpainted; lip sharply edged above; interior black; under lip, leaf pattern; pair of suspension holes here; principal scene: maiden picking flowers, approached by Eros (Latin: Cupid), carrying scarf and alabastron; he is followed by three maidens, the second with casket and scarves, the third with wreath.
