Description:
Imperial Era textile; blue flowered border tape from woman’s shirt pleats forms a center square of alternating 3.5 cm and 1.5 cm bands of blue flowers and butterflies sewn to a black fabric backing. Midway between center square and edging is a blue flowered. Band around outer edge is of multicolor flowers, butterflies and grasshoppers. All are sewn to black fabric backing and finished with black bias binding Lining is yellow/gold fabric.
