- Kisa - prairie falcon katsina (kachina). Carved and painted cottonwood root figure. Case mask is whole with green and black falcon's beak, rectangular black eyes, 2 black warrior marks on each cheek. Feathered dance wands on each side at head and 2 atop. Headband of carved vegetal material around brow; fur ruff. Body and limbs painted yellow and white. Four eagle feathers attached to each forearm. Blue armlet around each bicep. Ears black breech clout attached to a woman's belt and rawhide knee bands with tassels. Black bandolier crosses chest and back right to left, shell medallion at neck. Breech clout decorated with cloud and rainbow symbols. Bare foot. A.L. Sahmie, carver.
