Description:
Hat. Rattan, plain weave; reinforced by split rods arranged as wheel spokes. Cotton rope is attached as hat strap and has a white tassle on either end. Third tassle attached to rim., another white tassle on top. Hat has head rest attached to center inside; head rest is plainly woven band. Tim and spokes are brown (dark) and rest is natural fiber color (light).
