Front, blue velvet ground, with abstract shape in turquoise, blue, green and pink cloth appliquéd on center front, outlined in silver foil tape, with gold fringe along bottom edge; decorated with rick-rack, sequins and three loops of white and silver cord. Rosette of eight lobes, in red, gold, blue, green, pink and purple velvet, trimmed with gold braid; circular center with red and green tubular glass beads. bottom section red with green rick-rack sequins, outlined in silver, white and silver fringe at bottom. maroon band, outlined in silver with yellow rick-rack in center. ties at each end. sleeves green, gold, purple velvet and orange knit fabric. left cuff, green, black, blue and red. velvet front decorated with silver tape and braid; one mirror 5.5cm at bottom front of each sleeve. white and silver tassel sewn to side of each cuff.
