Description:
Litter ornament, imhalas, magash. Red predominating with blue, dark green, orange, and accents of white (cotton) and black. Crudely made with thick yarns. Fat bands of weft twining and Egyptian braids hang from 29" long horizontal piece which is 6.5" wide. 8 bands, each circa 1.5" wide, in black and white. Bands with blue tassels, braids with red tassels. Long side tassels are red. Thoris binding at top edge. Tassels on ends of flat braids. Wool S-ply. Weft twining. 6 bundles of warps per inch, 11 EPI. Probably made for the self.
