Baby made of buckskin; cradleboard also buckskin with lavander beading around edge.

Purchased from Treasure House of Worldly Wares, Calistoga, CA, from Stevie Whitefeather, for $35. Mrs. Whitefeather says the doll is typical of the period of Sacajawea. Mrs. Whitefeather also says she knew descendents of Sacajawea who put on pagents and used cradle board, etc. like this.
