vase, w/ teak stand (b); short cylindrical vase of porcelain, standing on short tripod, formed by cutting away the foot. exterior has mold made relief decoration: wide band of floral scroll work in middle w/ narrow band at top and bottom of key-fretwork. light green celadon glaze. interior plain except for glaze drips from rim. rim has squared off inner lip. bottom rounded and plain w/ stamp "made in Japan" in red. stand is short turned teak. identical to 9-12612a,b. H. (a) 12.2 cm Dia. 14.7 cm H. (b)2.4 cm D. 12.4 cm.
