Storage bag, khurj. 23" deep with 10 weft-twined strips off flap, all with multi-colored tassels. Weaver calls pattern on the 1 1/2" strips "fingers (asabigh)". Dominant color: red-orange, with orange, blue, black, white, and yellow. 2 bands of Saha, Four bands of 'weirjan. Saha'sha jarah pattern is very intricate. "Danadeesh" weft-twined strips on flap with stuffed tassels. 15" loop of brown wool cord for fastening to camel on one corner. Sides sewn with chevron pattern. Has slits at top of bag of varying widths, 2 1/4" - 13/4", for closing. Behind it, inside flap, are worn loops of 4 strand-square braids in black and white, 2 1/2" long, spaced to fit into loop-slits. Top of bag has totally worn "thras" embroidered edge; Thread count per inch 16 EPI, warp-faced plain weave with warp substitution; Wool S-plied, cotton both S and Z plied.
