Fan; ivory fan made of 13 triangular pieces of elephant ivory joined by cream colored satin ribbon, laced through thin slits in each piece; outside pieces are thicker than rest; ribbon has become frayed and torn in two places; pieces held by black steel pin at bottom; handle also carved ivory; length 22.8 cm, width at proper extension 34 cm
