Bowl, earthenware: wide low curved sides from narrow foot, turning in at rim. Wisteria blossom branch design with a free brush style extending from side in and out, in opaque dark and light gray, brown, and green. Ground of very thick opaque and crackled creamy white glaze. Many pin-head 'bubble' pits in surface. Rim has brown band at foot. Maximum Diameter 15.5 cm; Height 5.5 cm.
