charcoal and reddish sandy material. Charcoal sample. Circa 07/2011 charcoal was placed in plastic bags by PAHMA staff and moved to the Regatta facility. 01/26/2018 bags were discovered to have green haze inside them, presumably mold. Charcoal was removed to new bags and aired out for one week under the fume hood.
