Native name: It is called by Mary Lupuki "pewuc" and is made of oak "sulul". Said never to have been made at Tulare Lake, but always in the plains near the foothills. Made by an old man at Kingston. Photo: 15-4822. Published: B.A.E.P. 78 Pl. 45.
