This plant is also known as Heuba Sagrada. It grows in all areas but is most commonly found in dry flat regions. When the blue and white flowers are in bloom they should be cut by hand and dried for best results. Uses: Gargle for swollen tonsils. Also, for tuberculosis, and menstruation pains. It is also good for promoting sweat. Dosage: For tea one tablespoon of herbs in one cup of boiling water. Three or four cups a day. It can be boiled in hot water while the person breathes the vapor.
