Knives in box; (a) box, rect wood, two transverse bars with grooves for 6 knives; 18 x 10.7cm; (b) box cover, wood, 19 x 10.7 cm; (c-h) knives: steel blades engraved "Japan Kosaka" in reddish-brown wood handle, matching scabbard; bone caps on scabbards and knives (e.g. missing caps on knife ends); 1. ea in scabbard 15.4 cm. Probably novelty steak knives; shaped like full-size samurai swords.
