- Damask Towel: White linen damask with diagonal rows of alternating formal design motifs. Each end bordered with 4⅝ inch border of heavier yarn in white, red and yellow making formal design of lotus buds and flowers facing away from a central band of red flowers on white. Damask. White linen, white and red yarn. Came to U.S. with 3992. Faded, small holes. One corner section (7 inches by 9 inches) torn out, mended. 38¼ inches by 20¾ inches.
