- Miniature; French nobleman in dress uniform, navy coat, red sash, gold collar and epaulettes, four medals and one large decoration, large ‘handlebar’ moustache, shaped beard. Miniature, oval in oval brass, pierced design frame. The top hanger is a brass, pierced design, three-dimensional crown topped by orb and cross (top arm missing). Metal back engraved ‘Napoleon. III - Parmentier.’ Signe ‘Parmentiier 1869’ mid right edge. Probable wall decoration. 12.52 x 8.83 cm.
