Description:
A colored decal shows a busy grand hall in a mountain setting. On the lower right a small square red seal reads 安源 Anyuan, the coal and steel town on he Jiangxi-Hunan boarder made famous by a labor strike in 1922, and celebrated in Liu Chunhua’s 1967 painting Mao goes to Anyuan (although Mao apparently never visited the coal mines and was not there in 1922). Lid identical to CM39. Inscription: On foot: “Made in Jingdezhen, China” (中国景德鎮 Zhongguo Jingdezhen)
