Tall tea or coffee pot. Decorated with color lithograph of landscape with bus, thick pines, and Revolutionary monument to martyrs at Jingang Mountain, Jiangxi Province (this identification by Pan Gang). The stele is said to be taller than the one in Tiananmen Square. Gold bowstring around rim, spout, and lid as well as gold line on integrated handle. Lemon-yellow band around collar. Small landscape on back shows three figures with red flag standing on bridge. Lower quarter of pot tapers in and is fluted (cf. the train cup CM67 w/ similar detailing). Each item in the set (teapot, cups and saucers catalogued below) has a different seal at lower right of picture.
