- Description:
- Lime gourd, round. Bead and mother-of-pearl pendants, attached to ends of hanging cord. Stopper: pig tusk is loose. Stopper: yellow orchid stem right twill , fern binding, 2 narrow rows of plain weave over broad 6/6 band of orchid stem; bottom row binding. Materials: Bottlegourd, glass beads, mother-of-pearl, tight 3- & 11-ply barkfiber cords. Fern fiber, orchid stem, lime. Used as container for lime, which is chewed with betel and areca nut. (See 11-40181) diam. - 9.5 cm., height - 13 cm.
