According to Victoria Jensen (2018-06-05), "Provenance is Tomb 178 object 2, not Tomb 177. No jar like this depicted in notes for Tomb 177, but matches sketch in Tomb 178 #2. Also, Reisner corrected the attribution from 177 to 178 in Notebook D-6 in his photo register for the marl assemblage photo B-1141.
