Found in Museum in 1985 w/#2-30441 on it. That number had been assigned to another specimen. The previous 3 numbers (2-30438-440) were acc. 1158 and attributed to Nootka-Makah therefore it is reasonable to assume that the original cataloguer went one number beyond those assigned and did not record this fact. Baskets in acc. 1158 said to have been collected on Hat River Reservation, CA, ca. 1880. Barbara Busch, Apr. 1986.
