Comment:

The tibia may not actually belong to SHA-NL-8 or even 12-4746. The number on the bone is difficult to determine and it looks like it's been altered. The tibia is also a dark color and has "Morse VII" written on it. The vertebra has neither of these characteristics. Also the ledger tells of only a vertebra in the description. The # on the tibia could be interpreted as "4740".
