Inside, the fronts of the two compartments show miniature replicas of belt or button pendants, a purse to be looped over a belt, a mirror and a pouch like this item. The compartments are lined with peach-colored, glazed cotton cloth. The two fronts are framed with the identical white, light blue and navy blue braids around a woven tape, scalloped on one side and a running pattern of a four-petaled flower. Left: red dots and navy blue on white; right: red dots and white on navy blue. On left panel on a black background: a case for a pipe; one for spectacles, a purse. On right panel on a background of patterned lavender silk: mirror and tobacco or medicine pouch; wallet for a boot.
