Black silk decorated with bands of geometric patterns at each end of the textile. side edges are loom finished. Hemmed edges appear to be hand finished. Background cloth is in plain weave. Decoration of overshot weaving technique with metallic goldthread and unspun black silk thread. Decoration. 235 cm by 46.5 cm.
