3-rod coiling with interlocking stitches and, on interior face, some split stitching. Herringbone border stitch at rim; bowl shaped. Decoration: Black diagonal lines crossing so as to outline diamond shapes with central points in each diamond marked. Made with Cladium root. An immense amount of "flower" bug manure was beaten out of basket on November 1945. Basket is rotted from bugs.
