- Fire plow hearth (ïnanïth); hibiscus wood; ends sawed flat; no use grooves; 75 x 5.5 cm. Used in conjunction with another piece of hibiscus (naïnïth) in fire making by friction; made of discarded hibiscus carrying pole. Little used after European contact but revived during WWII due to match shortage.
