Comment:
Neckpiece of embroidered cotton, two-ply, multicolored yarn and bordered by black velvet. The floral designs resemble those os Chichicastenango. Not identified by weavers from Tecpan as their style (Green). Arriola de Geng located this huipil in Tecpan, woven by a weaver who had lived in Chichicastenango. However, weavers in Comalapa in November 1992 could not locate this textile in Tecpan but in Chichicastenango, even though it was two instead of three lienzos.
