- Description:
- Ankle-height boots, depilated sealskin soles, fur-out caribou uppers. Uppers attached to sole with intervening strip of alder-dyed leather. Boot tops are decorated with dyed leather and bleached leather, embroidered with white reindeer hair and small amounts of colored thread. Leather ankle ties sewn to sole. Drawstring tube with braided fiber drawstring. Made with sealskin, caribou, dyed and bleached leather, reindeer hair, colored thread, gut, braided fiber, and sinew thread.
