Description:
Cup bowl decorated with a Serpentine Creature. Height 11.8 cm.; diameter 11.9 cm. Painted in six colors. The creature's face is orange, paws are purple, spikes black, forehead flesh, all on a white background. The interior and the exterior bottom are dark red. The vessel was cracked in antiquity and repaired by means of two pairs of drilled holes. Illustrated by Kroeber and Strong, 1924, Plate 27s and Figure 4.
