Description:
Mug with lid, saucer, and doily. The cup has a monochrome decal of the Welcoming pine tree. On the mug, at the lower right, an oval red mark reads “Great Hall” (大會堂 Dahuitang). Black decal pine branches are on the lid and saucer. Lid has the disctinctive flat slope and ball knob of the Liling kilns. The original paper doily is printed in blue with an image of the Great Hall of the People and the name in both English and Chinese.
