Etrusco-Corinthian skyphos, similar to 8-1850. Description from Matteucig (1951): Cup; height: 9.5 cm; diameter: 16.2 cm (see Matteucig's plate XIX, 6). Italo-Corinthian. Clay, slip, paint, and shape as in no. 8-1850. Decoration practically the same, except that on one side of the vase, instead of dark brown, the paint is reddish brown, probably due to uneven firing. The rosettes have ten to eleven petals. Cup restored from several fragments; some modern filling in cement; lip and foot slightly chipped; paint peeling off.
