Bowl basket; coiled. Warp is Epicampes (Schoenoplectus acutus), weft is Redbud (Cercis occidentalis). Red pattern is Yucca. Black pattern is Devil's horn (Proboscidea althaeifolia). With two bands containing black designs superficially resembling Chinese characters; between these 2 bands a double zigzag line in red.
