Second tier is painted yellow with a pale green floor; one saint and one human figure stand on the terrace. Upper tier & cornice are painted red; a clock is at the center of the cornice. Two 3 saint figures decorate the edges of the cornice. One spire is painted aqua blue; the other chocolate brown. Wire crosses sit atop each spire.
