Child's feathered bustle composed of twelve painted feathers wrapped with green felt and red yarn attached to a flat, round piece of leather. Tipped with white leather, red and yellow fluff-type feathers, with blue, yellow, green fluffy feathers in center. Diameter of leather base is 15.5 cm.
