Per Ralph Shanks: The rim is trimmed. Crossed warp starting knot, slightly dissimilar to Northwestern California starting knots. The slant of weft twist is up to the right, with a rightward work direction. The basket has an exterior workface. The overlay is primarily on the exterior. There is a slight undulation.
