L=54,0 cm; W at top = 232.0 cm,  W at base = 82.0cm:   Pie shaped, made of pieces cut from a red/orange Imperial Era garment .  5 wedge-shaped panels sewn together and divided w/ black satin trim.  2.75cm black trim around upper and side edges; 3.5cm black trim on bottom edge.  Center wedge panel has metallic dragon w/ bats, waves, water, etc.   Side panels contain phoenix birds batrs, waves and water.  Attached at top are 5 pairs of balack cords drawn into a decorative know which is attached to a ball knot,  The end of the cords go thorugh a round wooden bead and a wooden disk that is knotted on top.   Black tassels/know cord hang from the attachment. LIght blue silk binding sewn to side edges.  Design motifs are in  white, blue, light green yellow, brown and shades of turquoise blue.  Top attachment measures 36.0 cm.
