: Hearst Museum object titled Statuette (reproduction), accession number 21-135, described as Cast of statuette of Apollo. Found on the island of Naxos and bearing the Greek inscription. The original bronze is preserved in the Royal Antiquarium at Berlin. Compare Archaeologische Zeitung 1879, and Overbeck, Kunstmythologie, Apollo, Figure 8. The Greek inscription has been painted over black on the cast.
