Image Missing: Hearst Museum object titled Parka, accession number 2-3039, described as Hood-less parka. Made of gut, high collar, horizontal strips of gut decorated with tufts of stiff white hair (caribou?) sewn into seams. Hem, collar and sleeves trimmed with reddish brown-dyed material, front of both arms has remnants of green silk (?) thread on one seam. 2-ply sinew cordage with single black tubular glass (?) bead attached to loop at base of each sleeve. Remnant of red material on cordage. Sealskin tab top center of collar decorated with 2 tubular black glass (?) beads on plaited sinew cordage.
