Hearst Museum object titled Kantharos, accession number 8-1885, described as Bucchero kantharos, conic rim. Description from Matteucig (1951): Kantharos; height: 8.8 cm; height to top of handle: 12.5 cm; diameter: 15.6 cm (see Matteucig's plate XXI, 5). Light bucchero. Shape as in no. 1804; on body, between handles, three semicircles of incised dots. About half the foot broken off.  Cf. C.W.A., Fogg Museum, fasc. 1, pl. 28, no. 9.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kantharos; height: 7.5 cm; height to top of handles, 10.5 cm; diameter: 12.7 cm; diameter between handles 8 cm (see Matteucig's plate II, 12). Gray bucchero. Clay dark gray with whitish dull and shiny particles; lightly polished gray surface. High neck with slightly flaring lip; low bowl with rounded godrooned sides, on low, hollow foot. Vertical handles, narrow at top, widen ing and flattening at point of contact with lip and shoulder; tocchi di punta just above shoulder. Small parts of lip chipped off; few missing parts filled with dark-gray mortar. Cf. Not. Sc., 1885, PI. X, 2, from Orbetello. ij.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kantharos; height: 10.5 cm; height to top of handle: 18.5 cm; diameter: 12.3 cm (see Matteucig's plate XXI, 6). Heavy bucchero. Offset rim; high convex sides; shallow curving bottom, on high hollow stem; spreading foot. At point of transition between sides and bottom, fillet with usual incisions. On sides, between handles, a pointed knob in a raised fillet; four similar knobs on lip, and one on top of each handle; one knob inside bowl. Bowl restored from two fragments.

Description from Matteucig (1951): Kantharos; height; 7.5 cm; height to top of handles: 11.8 cm; diameter; 12.2 cm (see Matteucig's plate XVII, 14). Light bucchero. Shape like preceding.
